Which locations are you cover?
My coverage area includes : in Lightwater, Windlesham, Longcross , Frimley, West Ends, Bisley, Knaphill, Brookwood, Worplesdon Hill, Woking, Guildford, Chobham, Weybridge, West Byfleet, Bagshot, Camberly, Frimley, Fleet, Crowthorne, Bracknell, Wokingham, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Ascot, Virginia water, Windsor, Twickenham, Kingston Upon Thames and all surrounding areas. If your location outside of 20 miles of my address (GU18) will be subject to a surcharge, to cover extra travel expense.

What can I expect from Gabriella Hering Personal Training?
If you’re looking to make a lifestyle change, then you have come to the right place. Gabriella Hering Personal training will help you achieve your goals, whether it’s loosing fat, working on your condition or just “tone up” your body. I can bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to challenge your body. You will have a Consultation and Health Assessment when you start with me. I need to know where you are now to make sure you are getting the results you are paying for. The assessment is simply taking some measurement and details and your time scales. You will be asked to keep a food diary and fill in a lifestyle questionnaire, all great tools to keep you focused. I will help you stay motivated and bring the best out of yourself. You will be amazed how strong you actually are!
How many sessions should I book?
That's entirely up to you. As a recommendation, those who wish to do one session per week should book 5 sessions for over a months worth of training. Book 10 if you are looking at two sessions each week. I am here to give you a personalised recommendation to give you a better idea of what you can accomplish. Another option is to book a package, which will give you a certain amount of training over a specified time period. Booking this way might help to focus you with a specific goal in mind.

How do I book a session or a package?
Very easily. Either phone or email or fill out the to arrange your consultation. During that meeting you can book the desired number of sessions or packages. All payments are due in advance. Payments can then be made by either cash or cheque, direct bank transfer and PayPal. All payment are non-refundable and expire after 6 months.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Notice of between 12 and 24 hours will require a 50% payment of the session fee. Notice of less than 12 hours will incur full payment of the session fee.
Any cancellations must be made by phone or email. Rearrangement of the session can then be made.
