My fees vary according to the service you require, so please call today or send an email to arrange any session and to discuss the wide range of offers available .
Payments and Cancellations
Payment for a session must be received prior to the session cash, cheque, direct bank transfer and PayPal will be accepted, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments. All payment are non-refundable and expire after 3 or 4 or 6 months.
All clients must complete a or before commencing any exercise program may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that the GP may charge for this .
Waivers and Insurances
Written consent must be obtained prior to any program (personal training, sports massage therapy) being undertaken. Please contact me if you have any further questions on the above.
